Where Dreams Begin

Founded by visionary entrepreneur Victoria Sterling in the heart of New York City, Élite Model Management began with a simple yet powerful mission: to discover extraordinary talent and help them achieve their full potential.

What started as a boutique agency has grown into a global powerhouse, with offices in New York, Paris, Milan, and London. Our commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation has made us the agency of choice for both emerging talent and established professionals.

Today, we represent over 500 models across all categories, working with the world's most prestigious brands and publications. Our alumni include some of the most iconic faces in fashion history.
